About the Event
During this day you will learn how to make some classic winter medicines that you will take home and can replicate afterwards. Protecting your immunity is especially important during these upcoming winter months so lets get our hands moving and make some herbal goodies to support our overall wellness.
In this workshop, we are going to focus on the ways that herbs and their different preparations can help support our immunity.
This workshop is for those new to herbs and for those who already have a herbal practice but want to make some medicine in community.
Discuss some herbs in detail to support our needs and the best ways to be in relationship with them. Make 3 recipes over the day that you will take home.
