About the Event
Lis Shelley from StageFlight will be giving one-day drama workshops:
Ages 8 to 12 on Monday
Ages 12 to 16 on Wednesday
Ages 16 to 18 on Thursday
Lis is a theatre and film director, writer, performer and producer and will be sharing her knowledge of drama, improvisation and film acting techniques in class. She is also the Co-Director of the Far South Film Festival and hopes that these classes inspire some youth entries for this year’s festival, to be held in Merimbula in mid August. Lis is a strong believer in drama as a powerful way for even the shyest people to express themselves and has been training young people in theatre and film in the Bega Valley since 2009.
Drama workshops run from 9am to 4pm and cost $100. StageFlight is a Creative Kids provider and vouchers expiring on 30 June 2023 can be used. For more information…
