About the Event

Four Limbs Retreat aims to take you on a journey deep inside yourself. We combine Yoga, Nutrition and Meditation with live music. Enjoy inspirational cooking classes and mindfulness, set in the beauty and solitude of nature. This weekend retreat offers the possibility to reconnect with yourself and your deep instincts. Relax, restore, and rejuvenate!

Rediscover the joy of looking from the inside, learning about the benefits of fermenting food, and find the inspiration to your own health journey.

At Four Limbs we believe in working in harmony with the seasons, including how we nourish ourselves. With Yoga you’ll explore the relationship between body, mind & spirit. Through Feldenkrais you’ll release old patterns of movement awakening your natural rhythm, connecting with your instinct and moving freely again.

Vegetarian meals are provided throughout the weekend using local, seasonal and organic produce. The menu will cater for dietary needs and is nutritionally balanced to support and nourish you during the weekend. The retreat begins with a dinner on Friday celebrating the bounty of the local region and a Yoga Nidra session.

Weekend Includes:

  • 2 Yoga sessions (Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga)
  • 2 Yoga sessions with Awareness Through Movement (ATM Feldenkrais)
  • 1 Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)
