About the Event
The event features local chefs and restaurateurs gathering in a market style setting to create bespoke dishes featuring local produce. The dishes are presented in entrée sizes and prices capped at $8 per dish.
In 2019, local offerings included tempters like steamed pork bao buns, slow cooked brisket, craft beer & local wine, oyster harvested only metres away, Eden Mussel pies, 12 hr fermented artisan donuts and much much more…
The event will enter it’s eighth year in 2020, with growing demand from visitors seeing more and more vendors participating each year. A road closure will be in place this year providing a refreshed layout and more elbow-room for guests.
