Join the award-winning teams from Tidal Restaurant and Superior Oysters for an evening of unsurpassed excellence focusing on the fabulous Merimbula Lake grown oysters and celebrating their merroir. The dinner will champion fresh local produce and consist of 6 fabulous courses all for just 125 per person, drinks excluded. Bookings are essential.
