Paintings by well-known local artist Dianne Hocking are on show at her Studio Gallery at Mirador by appointment.  Dianne  studied with Frederic Bates at the Royal Art Society in North Sydney and has been painting for many years.

 

Previously, Dianne travelled extensively, the lifestyle enabling Di plenty of time to devote to her passion for painting.

 

Dianne’s portrayal of the high country is in great demand and she has exhibited her works at a number of galleries including the Vineview Gallery, Murrumbateman, the Kunama Gallery, Jindabyne and the Raglan Gallery in Cooma.

 

Dianne settled in Merimbula in 2003 and her work can be seen at Coast Country, on Market Street in Merimbula.

 

She exhibits regularly with showings at “Sapphire Watercolourists”  and has work in private collections in both Australia and overseas.
